Network System Telephone Support is one component of Inlet's
support services strategy. This support resource is designed to
provide our clients with a single point to call when a networking
problem is encountered.
Inlet's engineers deliver a high level of hardware and
software support covering the complete Microsoft Banyan and Novell product lines. Inlet's
engineers, managers and administrators work together to
effectively diagnose, resolve, and/or escalate the problem to the
appropriate vendor.
Support capabilities include telephone support, laboratory
problem recreation, software patch distribution, Internet Access and remote dial-in diagnostics.
