The full suite of Microsoft client applications are supported. Workstation operations system (OS) installation, configuration, tuning, administrative help, problem diagnosis and resolution. Major applications such as MS Office and Lotus Notes, communications, network management, and host connectivity. Desktop to network support including NIC and driver support, desktop environments such as DOS, Windows (95, 98, ME, NT, 2000 & XP), OS/2, and MAC. Significant 3rd party platforms, and network systems are supported. Finally, any embedded utilities and applications such as Outlook Express, Internet Explorer, Media Player, ect. Interface and printing issues with the standard office products desktop suites from Lotus, Microsoft and WordPerfect. |
