Workstation Application and Operating System (OS) Telephone Support is one component of Inlet's support services strategy. This support resource is designed to provide our clients with a single point to call when a application problem is encountered.

Inlet's engineers deliver a high level of hardware and software support covering the complete Microsoft product line. Inlet's engineers, managers and administrators work together to effectively diagnose, resolve, and/or escalate the problem. 

Support capabilities include telephone support, laboratory problem recreation, software patch distribution, Internet Access and remote dial-in diagnostics.
